Here’s What’s Included
Not only do we know the real estate industry inside and out, but we also have an in-house marketing team that strategically promotes every property we take to market. From professional photography. To design. To social media. We have everything needed for your home to sell fast!
$500 setup fee is standard for all transactions and is due at closing to cover the cost of the initial listing consultation, custom marketing plan, digital and social distribution, and professional photography expenses.
Minimum Listing Commission: $2,500

Your Haystack Onboarding
During onboarding, you’ll work with our dedicated Listing Coordinator who will:
Organize all necessary information needed from you to prepare your home for the market
Introduce you to all the forms and information needed to ensure a smooth listing process
Schedule professional photography based on a date that works best for you
Set a target active date for your listing to go live on the MLS and beyond.

Your Road to Closing
Once you receive an offer, you can expect to:
Receive expert advice on all offers from your dedicated Listing Agent
Get guidance and support through negotiations to maximize your Net Proceeds
Closely monitor all important dates and coordinate any inspection dates and times with your Listing Coordinator.
