Putting People First Throughout the Entire Buying Process

One thing we are all looking for at the moment is change. Across the country, from coast to coast, people are moving between cities or taking their belongings to new neighborhoods for a fresh start. Doctors and nurses are being summoned from their home base to pitch in elsewhere. Essential employees are being transferred and redistricted to areas most in need. As a result, in these unprecedented times of COVID-19, people are still buying and selling homes.

Each home comes with its own set of memories and, while it’s easy to get caught up on what is physically held within the four walls, it’s important to put people first every step of the way.

One thing, among many, that Haystack prides itself on is the ability to take care of the client on a personal level. Whether it’s through virtual showings or increased follow-up conversations, each agent sees more than just the current home they’re selling. They see you.

While life events can be unpredictable at times, especially now, there isn’t a pause button. People are still moving. People are still selling and buying and starting anew. The process of listing a property and all the details that accompany it may seem like a moving target these days but putting the buyers and sellers first will always be a constant regardless of the social climate.

As in most things, communication is key. Listening to the specific needs of each buyer and responding in a way that alleviates concerns is, and will always be, a priority. Checking the boxes of wish lists that come with each purchase doesn’t change given the circumstances of today. Sellers with the fear that the market will not be in their favor can rest assured that their home is the remedy to someone else’s worries. The sentiment that we’re all in this together has never been more accurate.

The health and safety of our agents and customers is something we continue to prioritize. As long as people are moving, they’ll be first throughout the entire buying process. Each agent is with each buyer every step of the way to answer questions as they arise. Whether it’s through creative solutions to newfound hurdles or adapting to the ongoing changes beyond our control,

Haystack is committed to the people within the properties not just the dwelling itself.
